7979吗哪食物银行的核心使命，是为贫穷和弱势家庭提供基本食品援助，帮助减轻日常生活负担，并给予关怀与陪伴。

哪些家庭可以申请？

欢迎以下人士申请或接受转介：

• 贫困或低收入家庭 — Low-income families
• 单亲妈妈 / 单亲家庭 — Single-parent families
• 独居长者 — Elderly living alone
• 面对短期生活困难的家庭 — Families facing temporary hardship

若您身边有人正默默面对困难，也欢迎代为转介，让需要的人被看见。

不需要觉得不好意思——接受帮助并不代表失败；有时候，一个及时的支持，就能帮助一个家庭撑过最困难的日子。

申请条例 | Application Guidelines

1. 本教会是7979机构的合作伙伴，申请结果会与7979机构一起审核并批准通过。
2. 吗哪银行食物包会每两个月派发一次，申请者需配合签收和回馈。
3. 申请者需提供真实及完整的资料；如发现资料不实，教会与7979机构有权取消申请资格。
4. 食物包援助主要提供给有实际经济需要的家庭，教会与7979机构将根据个案情况作审核与安排。
5. 申请获批后，受助家庭需保持联络畅通，以方便安排派发与跟进。
6. 若申请者的家庭状况有所改善或发生重大改变，请主动通知教会。
7. 若申请者连续无法配合领取食物包、无法联系，或长期没有回应，教会与7979机构有权暂停援助资格。
8. 食物包内容将根据当期物资情况作调整，恕无法指定品牌或食品种类。
9. 教会与7979机构保留最终审核与决定权，包括批准、暂停、延长或终止援助。
10. 所有申请资料将仅作为援助审核与关怀用途，教会将尽力保护申请者的个人资料与隐私。

English Version

1. Our church is a collaborating partner of 7979 Organization. All applications will be reviewed and approved jointly with 7979 Organization.
2. The Manna Food Bank assistance will be distributed once every 2 months. Applicants are required to cooperate with the collection acknowledgment and feedback process.
3. Applicants must provide true and complete information. If any false information is discovered, the church and 7979 Organization reserve the right to cancel the application eligibility.
4. Food bank assistance is mainly provided to families with genuine financial needs. The church and 7979 Organization will review and arrange assistance based on individual circumstances.
5. Once the application is approved, recipient families are required to remain contactable to facilitate distribution arrangements and follow-up.
6. If there is any improvement or major change in the applicant's family situation, applicants are encouraged to inform the church proactively.
7. If applicants repeatedly fail to cooperate in collecting the food assistance, cannot be contacted, or remain unresponsive for an extended period, the church and 7979 Organization reserve the right to suspend the assistance.
8. The contents of the food package may vary depending on available supplies at the time. Specific brands or food items cannot be requested.
9. The church and 7979 Organization reserve the final right to review and make decisions regarding approval, suspension, extension, or termination of the assistance.
10. All application information will only be used for assistance review and care purposes. The church will make every effort to protect the applicant's personal information and privacy.
